1. Design & Layout Confirmation

To ensure your customized wristbands are exactly as you envisioned, we require your final approval before production begins.

Our design team will send you a clear digital proof (image, text layout, or mockup) for your review.

Production will NOT start until we receive your explicit confirmation (e.g., “Approved” via email or WhatsApp).

Please double-check all spelling, logos, and colors. Once the layout is confirmed, no further changes can be made.

2. Production & Processing Time

Please note that all customized wristbands are made to order.

Standard Production Lead Time: Usually takes 7-10 business days after layout confirmation.

For large bulk orders, please contact us in advance to check the production schedule.

3. Shipping & Delivery Time

We offer reliable worldwide shipping. Please understand that transit times vary depending on the destination country and the shipping method chosen.

Express Shipping (DHL/FedEx/UPS): Usually takes 5-7 business days (Best for urgent orders).

Sea Freight: Usually takes around 30 business days (Most cost-effective for large bulk orders).

Note: Delivery times are estimates provided by the carriers. Delays due to customs clearance or extreme weather are beyond our control.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number so you can monitor the delivery status online.
