1 What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

Our standard MOQ for custom printed wristbands is 1,000 pieces. However, for stock designs or trial orders, we are flexible. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs.

Of course. We can provide free electronic layout drawings for your confirmation. If you need physical samples (for quantities exceeding 10000 pcs), we can make pre production samples for you (subject to sample and shipping fees, which can be deducted from your bulk order)

Yes, 100% customizable. You can choose the wristband color, print your company logo, text, or QR codes. Simply send us your design in AI, PDF, PSD, or high-resolution PNG format.

Are your wristbands truly waterproof and tear-resistant?

Yes. We use premium medical-grade PP synthetic paper and Tyvek material. They are completely waterproof, fade-proof, and highly tear-resistant, making them perfect for water parks, pools, and outdoor festivals.

How can I place an order?

Placing an order is simple. You can click “Get a Quote” on our website, send us an email, or message us directly on WhatsApp. Please provide your wristband requirements (quantity, size, and logo). Our team will send you a digital proof and a proforma invoice to confirm the order.

We accept PayPal and bank card payments (or depending on your payment method). For bulk customization orders, we need to collect a 50% deposit in advance, and the remaining 50% balance will be fully paid before shipment. We will provide timely logistics tracking and photos of actual products after production

The delivery time depends on the mode of transportation and the transportation situation in different countries. Express delivery (DHL/FedEx/UPS) usually takes 5-7 working days. Sea freight usually takes about 30 working days

What if I made a mistake in the design I approved?

 Please double-check your layout carefully. We print exactly according to your approved proof. We are not responsible for errors (such as spelling mistakes or wrong colors) in the final approved layout. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.
